Tuffi turns pages into a birthday
Aïcha likes civic birthdays that do not need a stage. Tuffi, the mascot of Lëtzebuerg City Bibliothèque, turns 15 with a free day at Cercle Cité, and the programme is built from humble things: reading voices, workshop tables, cake, audiobooks and families with time.
